CLIENT BRIEF
Design a predominately white kitchen, make full use of the impressive pool and canal views, merge the kitchen and dining spaces. Interior design and feel to be uncluttered, spacious and light, relaxed but sophisticated.
DESIGN DETAILS

Further to the original architect’s plan, the proposed kitchen and meals dividing wall was eliminated. This created the preferred open plan design. The main kitchen bench was extended to seamlessly merge with the separate indoor bbq area. An integrated casual dining table provides a seamless furniture look to the kitchen. The splashback is low and enhances the visual connection of the kitchen and bbq. The walk-in pantry is hidden and extends the overall bench surface and doubles as an appliance area. Highlighting the elongated elegance is the lower bench come shelf providing extra storage. The extra large format tiled flooring 1000 x 500 visually expands the space throughout.

Innovations:

  • latest design in fridge surround / integration (stainless steel trim kit)
  • by design – integration of kitchen, dining and BBQ cooking
  • extra large format porcelain tiles 1000 x 500
  • textured timber grain laminate door finish
